Full Job Description – Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Little Champs ABA is looking for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)s to join our growing team. Little Champs ABA emphasizes every individual we serve and our employees. We are a locally owned business overseen by BCBAs that understand and appreciate the direct therapy work performed by RBTs. RBTs are supported and can speak with their supervisors about concerns or questions. Top competitive wages Paid Time Off Supervision and mentorship for those pursuing their BCBA certification Health, Dental, Vision insurance Hourly Wages $25-35/hour Qualifications and Skills Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required) High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities Desire to learn and work independently at times Duties Provide high‑quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in a variety of settings including the client’s home, school, and/or the community. Help learners gain life skills that will increase their independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional, play, vocational skills) Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors through evidence‑based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors. Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums for the services provided, as well as write detailed session notes to inform decisions made by BCBAs.
