Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitoring in a telemetry unit.
• Collaborate with charge nurses, LNA, and other team members to manage unit operations.
• Administer medications and operate medical equipment such as Alaris Pumps and EKG machines.
• Ensure accurate data entry and management in Meditech Expanse EMR system.
• Handle various surgical and cardiac conditions, including wound care management.
• Adapt to hospital needs, possibly floating to Med-Surg or similar units.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospital setting required.
• Active RN license required at submission.
• ACLS and BLS certified.
• Proficiency in telemetry required.
• Experience with surgical bariatrics and cardiac care preferred.
• Flexibility to float to different units as needed.
