Director of Product Platforms / Hybrid in Chicago Suburbs

A growing healthcare technology and logistics organization is seeking a full-time Director of Product Platforms to lead product strategy and portfolio management across several enterprise platforms that support multiple business lines. This hybrid opportunity near Elmhurst, Illinois offers the chance to work at the intersection of product management, operations, data, enterprise applications, APIs, and customer-facing technology solutions.
This is a highly visible leadership role with direct influence on company strategy and future growth initiatives. The organization is searching for a product leader who enjoys solving complex business problems, aligning stakeholders around difficult prioritization decisions, and building scalable product capabilities that deliver measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the future product organization while partnering closely with executive leadership, engineering, operations, and commercial teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of product management experience
- Experience leading product teams or senior product managers
- Strong portfolio or platform product strategy experience
- Experience managing multiple products with shared technology resources
- Enterprise software or B2B product background
- Strong roadmap and prioritization experience
- Experience partnering with software engineering organizations
- Experience building business cases and evaluating investment opportunities
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in operationally complex environments

- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
