Outside Sales Representative

Family-owned paint manufacturer in business for over 50 years is looking for a motivated salesperson who is willing to learn and looking to advance in their career.
There is paint everywhere you look. If you work hard, manage your time, and make sure to follow up, there is a lot of money to be made.
Job duties include:
-Build and create relationships with Painting Contractors and Management Companies to sell architectural paint coatings and specialty products.
-Identify and contact properties in need of repainting or maintenance accounts. Service HOA Board Members, Property Managers, Contractors, Builders etc.
-Be organized and follow up on all prospective leads.
-Prepare painting specifications and send it out to contractors who will submit proposals.
-Have knowledge of our products and warranties and be able to present in meetings.
-Must be computer proficient. (Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, CRM Software)
Salary commensurate with experience and Commission.
