Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager, HR Leader to drive talent, organization, and culture strategy for the Human Resources Function. This strategic role involves partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning, transformation initiatives, and leadership effectiveness in a global, matrixed environment.
Responsibilities
- Translate talent agenda into organization design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness actions
- Drive integrated talent plans across succession, critical roles, leadership readiness, and pipeline health
- Lead people and culture components of business transformations and support sustainable adoption
- Serve as trusted HR partner to senior leaders on organization, talent, culture, and workforce priorities
- Use data analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve decision quality and organizational effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in HR, business, or organization development preferred
- Progressive HR or business leadership experience including HR business partnership and talent strategy
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and operate in global, matrixed, regulated environments
- Capability in organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change execution
- Strong analytical, business, and storytelling skills with data and AI tool proficiency
