Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (bonus points for admin training)
- 1-3 years of experience supporting an office or team
- Confident with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
- Organized, accurate, and calm under pressure
- Friendly, dependable, and always ready to help
- Keeping the boss (and the team) on track-calendar, emails, meetings, the works
- Handling the details so others can focus on the big picture
- Solving problems before they even become problems
- Keeping everything organized, from documents to last-minute emergencies
