Design Lead, Social (Remote)

We're hiring a Design Lead, Social to shape how people discover Forbes Advisor through paid social and what happens after they click. You'll design the full experience: the Meta ad or social creative, the landing page, and the quiz, comparison, assessment or partner experience that follows. You're a senior digital designer with strong product instincts and excellent visual craft. You can design an experience end to end, and you understand what makes something stop the scroll, communicate quickly and feel credible in-feed. AI is already part of how you work. You use it to explore ideas, create visual directions, prototype interactions and get testable experiences in front of people quickly. Give you an ambiguous brief and you'll come back with several genuinely different creative and experience directions that can be tested before they require full engineering time. You'll work closely with Paid Social, Growth, Product, Engineering and Data. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Design. You'll be based in a UK or US time zone with regular overlap with CST. Responsibilities: Design full experiences from social. Create landing pages, listicles, comparison pages, quizzes, assessments, calculators and partner experiences for people arriving from paid social. Make them mobile first, quick to understand and built around one clear action. Concept the creative that leads there. Work with Paid Social and Demand Gen on social creative, bringing genuinely different visual and conceptual routes rather than variations of one idea. Connect the ad to the destination. Design the creative and post-click experience as one system, so the promise, message and visual language carry through. Work faster with AI. Use AI to explore ideas, prototype experiences and produce creative. Turn approaches that work into repeatable workflows the wider team can use. Design from what you learn. Work with Data and Paid Social to understand how experiences and creative perform, and use those learnings to shape the next iteration. Build reusable systems. Create components, page patterns and creative frameworks that make each new experiment faster without lowering quality. Raise the design bar. Mentor designers on visual craft, designing for paid traffic and AI-assisted workflows, and help set standards as the team grows. Requirements: 8+ years in product, digital or experience design, with meaningful work in growth, acquisition or consumer experiences A strong portfolio showing end-to-end digital experiences and excellent visual design, including typography, hierarchy, composition, art direction, mobile design and conversion-focused work Experience designing for paid traffic, with examples of how performance or experimentation changed your design decisions.
