What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the trusted point of contact for our customers, helping them understand their coverage, service their policies, and protect what matters most.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding service to existing policyholders via phone, email, and in person.

Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, coverage reviews, and claims support.

Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options.

Process policy updates, renewals, endorsements, and other service requests accurately and efficiently.

Support retention efforts by delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and maintain a positive office culture.

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred.

Previous insurance agency experience is highly valued.

Customer service, sales, banking, retail, hospitality, or other client-facing experience is a plus.
