Open role for San Jose:

Maintenance Technician

• Responsible for ensuring all property equipment is functioning and premises are maintained in pristine condition. Perform repairs, preventative maintenance inspections, and out-of-room cleaning to keep the property in excellent condition. Respond to guest requests and work with minimal supervision while following company standards. Ensure all fire safety equipment is operational and maintain compliance with safety policies including OSHA and ADA requirements. Handle emergency responses when needed.
