We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Producer to join our Farmers Insurance agency in an in-office sales role, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position focuses on building client relationships and selling a range of insurance products, with warm leads provided daily to support your success. The role offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, commission, and performance-based bonuses, providing strong earning potential. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has strong time management skills, and thrives both independently and as part of a team while working to meet and exceed sales goals.

• Build and maintain client relationships, identify insurance needs, and present appropriate Farmers Insurance products to close sales
• Follow up on daily warm leads to generate new business while meeting or exceeding individual sales goals
• Maintain accurate client records and collaborate with team members to support agency growth and deliver excellent customer service

• Highly driven with strong organizational and time management abilities to handle daily leads and sales tasks efficiently
• Strong communication and people skills with a proven ability to build relationships and convert opportunities into sales
• Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a collaborative, team-focused Farmers Insurance agency environment
