This role drives a strong safety culture by promoting accountability, monitoring performance metrics, and continuously improving HSE outcomes. When you join Precision, you join a company that puts people first.DAY IN THE LIFE:Provide 24/7 HSE support with a strong field presence (up to 80%), delivering hands‑on coaching, training, and leadership to rig and shop personnelLead and reinforce HSE standards, policies, and Life Saving Actions, promoting a culture of safety and accountability across operationsMonitor and communicate HSE performance metrics (KPIs), identifying trends and driving continuous improvement initiativesConduct rig inspections, hazard assessments, audits, and incident investigations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirementsPartner with operations leadership to close performance gaps, support emergency response planning, and coordinate HSE training and development for field employeesWHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:Bachelor’s degree in Safety or related field preferred, with 5+ years of oilfield or heavy industry experience and a strong safety recordSolid knowledge of HSE Management Systems, regulatory requirements, hazard assessments, and incident investigationsValid driver’s license required, with the ability to operate company vehicles per policyStrong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to influence and support all levels of the organizationHighly organized and detail‑oriented professional with strong decision‑making skills and the ability to perform effectively in high‑pressure environmentsDrive your career forward with Precision Drilling—apply today and take the lead in shaping the future of energy with a company that values safety, performance, and your potential.
