Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Neuro Med-Surg Unit

Our organization in Savannah, GA is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Med-Surg unit. In this position, you will deliver evidence-based nursing care to adult patients with neurological and medical-surgical conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and manage post-operative care effectively.
• Collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Georgia.
• Experience in a medical-surgical or neurological setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
