A Day in the Life As the Sourcing Manager for Media & CMI, you will take charge of a significant portfolio (~$1Bn spend), reporting to the Head of Media & CMI Sourcing in our Hudson Yards office. You'll partner closely with our CDMO, Media, CMI, and Finance teams to implement sourcing strategies that drive value and innovation. Strategic Sourcing: You will develop and execute local sourcing strategies for the Media and CMI categories, preparing RFPs, identifying cost‑saving opportunities, and managing spend across all initiatives. Stakeholder Partnership: You will serve as a key contact for our Media and CMI teams, co‑owning agency relationships and championing the integration of AI and tech solutions to optimize our return on investment. Supplier & Project Management: You will lead contract negotiations, manage key supplier relationships, and drive strategic projects from roadmap to implementation, ensuring we partner with best‑in‑class vendors. We Are Looking For You are a strategic, autonomous, and driven individual with a flair for negotiation and a curiosity for innovation. You have a strong analytical mind and the ability to influence key decisions. We're looking for someone with: Proven experience in a strategic sourcing or procurement role, with a strong understanding of category management. Excellent Negotiation and Stakeholder Management skills to build partnerships and lead discussions. Strong Project Management and analytical capabilities to manage complex initiatives. Expertise in Strategic Sourcing principles, from market analysis to contract execution. An innovative, out‑of‑the‑box mindset and a collaborative, team‑player spirit. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economy, Engineering, Data Analytics, Marketing, Media category expertise or related discipline; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
