Design Coordinator

Job DescriptionJob SummaryAudubon is currently seeking a Design Coordinator to join our team in the Houston, TX office. The Design Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of design and drafting activities by tracking schedules and deliverables, coordinating resources, and facilitating communication among project team members.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate design and drafting activities across assigned projects and disciplines.Track schedules, deliverables, design changes, and project priorities.Distribute work and help balance workloads among designers and drafters.Coordinate design inputs, markups, revisions, and document control.Support project meetings and communicate status, risks, and required actions.Review deliverables for completeness, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.Assist with resolving design and coordination issues.Health, Safety, and Environmental Responsibilities:All employees are responsible for supporting Audubon Companies’ Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
