Warehouse Manager

Client is seeking a temporary Warehouse Manager to support its Minneapolis distribution and fulfillment operations. This position pays $40/hour. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping for D2C and merchandise fulfillment Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of high-volume orders, including pre-orders, limited releases, and artist merchandise drops Partner closely with Operations teams to align warehouse activities with product launch calendars, release schedules, and business priorities Lead day‑to‑day fulfillment execution and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) for order turnaround are consistently achieved Manage workforce planning, scheduling, productivity, and performance across warehouse staff Ensure inventory is received, processed, and available in advance of key release dates and promotional campaigns Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, audits, and reconciliation processes Coordinate inbound freight, carrier relationships, container movements, and outbound shipments Monitor key fulfillment metrics, including order accuracy, throughput, and on‑time shipping, and proactively resolve operational issues Estimated Min Rate: $28.00 Estimated Max Rate: $40.00 What’s In It for You?
