**Job Title:** Client Care Coordinator / Administrative Assistant (Remote)
**Location:** Remote
**Schedule:** 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
**Compensation**: Starting at $5/Hr
**Requirements: **Prior Experience working at a Home or Commercial Inspection Company or Property Management Company

**Position Overview**
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused **Client Care Coordinator / Administrative Assistant** to support our daily operations remotely. The ideal candidate has **prior experience with a home inspection or property management company.** They can step in quickly to keep operations running smoothly and are comfortable in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment working with inspectors, real estate agents, and clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage inbound orders, inquiries, and customer service requests
* Schedule and coordinate residential and commercial inspection appointments
* Communicate effectively with real estate agents, clients, and inspectors regarding Inspection details, Scheduling updates, and Follow-up requests
* Maintain and manage inspection scheduling and client data using Inspection Support Network (ISN)
* Understand each inspector's skillset, service areas, and availability to optimize scheduling
* Coordinate logistics including travel distance, local markets, and appointment timing
* Communicate with listing and buyer's agents to confirm details and expectations
* Handle customer service requests, including delivering test results and updates
* Provide general administrative support including Email management, Document preparation, Task tracking and follow-ups
**Required Qualifications**
* Prior experience with a home inspection company or property management company (required)
* Working knowledge of Inspection Support Network (ISN)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong multitasking ability with attention to detail
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Familiarity with real estate transaction workflows
* Experience coordinating service-based appointments or field teams
* Knowledge of ancillary inspection services (e.g., radon, termite, mold testing)
