Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist Outpatient position is available in Berkeley, California. • Required Qualifications: Valid California State License, uploaded Nursys verification within the last 2 weeks, applicable certifications with valid expiration dates, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, and at least 1 year of experience.
• Certifications: BLS
• Experience: 1 year of experience in outpatient, rehabilitation hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related settings.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with acute care, outpatient clinics, rehabilitation hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and familiarity with diverse patient diagnoses and treatments listed.
• Additional Information: The position involves working with various patient diagnoses including orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions. Clinical responsibilities include patient assessments, treatment plans, and discharge planning. Vaccinations required include COVID-19 and Flu vaccines.
• Submittal Requirements: Upload Nursys verification, applicable certifications, and two references obtained within the last year.
• Compliance: All documentation must be submitted no later than 10 days prior to the start date. Candidates must complete labs within 3-5 days of contract signing.
• Schedule: 8-hour shift with 40 hours minimum per week.
