Travel RN - Med Surg - $1,780 per week

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Wichita, Kansas.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry
• Discipline: RN
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, days
• Employment Type: Travel

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Med/Surg experience
• BLS 

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• CRRN Certification
• Knowledge of Quality Indicator scoring in post-acute setting
• Telemetry patients/must pass Airstrip telemetry competency
• ACLS 

List typical procedures performed on unit(s): 

• Assist in rehabilitation care plan established by interdisciplinary team
• Lab draws, IV antibiotics, IV meds as needed, blood administration as needed, head to toe assessments,

• Good communication skills
• Empathetic and patient advocate
