Training Lead

The Training Lead at Chick-fil-A is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs to ensure all Team Members are equipped to deliver exceptional guest experiences. As a Training Lead, you will play a key role in fostering teamwork and guiding the development of our team members. Responsibilities Lead training sessions for new team members Provide ongoing support and coaching to team members Collaborate with management to assess training needs Maintain accurate training records and progress tracking Lead the training team and ensure all trainers are upholding Chick-fil-A Standards Develop and scout out potential trainers within the team member pool of candidates Other responsibilities, as required. Work on shift with the team.
