This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who wants to learn directly from experienced advisors while developing the technical, planning, and relationship skills needed for a successful career in wealth management.Whether you are a recent graduate or have a few years of industry experience, we are willing to invest in the right person who shares our commitment to integrity, professionalism, and exceptional client service.Because we are an independent fiduciary firm, your development will center on financial planning, sound advice, and building trusted client relationships—not meeting product sales quotas or promoting proprietary products. What You’ll DoWorking alongside senior advisors, you will:Prepare comprehensive financial plans and retirement analysesAssist in developing investment recommendations and portfolio reviewsConduct financial planning, tax, retirement, and estate planning researchPrepare meeting agendas, reports, and client presentation materialsAttend client meetings and participate in planning discussionsDocument meeting notes and follow-up action itemsAnalyze investment portfolios and monitor asset allocationsAssist with account opening and client onboardingMaintain accurate CRM records and financial planning softwareContinue developing your technical knowledge and client relationship skills through ongoing mentoring and training QualificationsWe’re more interested in finding the right person than checking every box.Preferred qualifications include:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Accounting, Economics, or a related field0–3 years of experience in financial planning, banking, accounting, investments, or another financial services roleCFP® coursework completed or a desire to pursue CFP® certificationSeries 7 and Series 66 licenses, or the willingness and ability to obtain themStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional attention to detailA positive attitude and eagerness to learnHigh ethical standards and a genuine desire to help clientsAbility to successfully pass a comprehensive background check and credit check as required for employment in the financial services industry Why Join Our Team?This isn’t simply an entry-level position.
