In-Store Sales Lead Generator

Columbus Worthington Air is seeking an In-Store Sales Lead Generator to engage shoppers in partner retail locations and promote our residential heating, cooling, and indoor air quality services. You’ll approach customers, ask discovery questions, explain service options, and schedule in-home appointments for our comfort advisors and technicians. This role is ideal for outgoing, goal-driven professionals who enjoy face-to-face interaction and helping homeowners stay safe and comfortable.
