We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our small team working primarily on commercial projects. This role requires efficiency and precision to complete electrical tasks within reasonable timeframes, occasionally traveling to different sites. The Electrician will use standard electrical tools to ensure installations and repairs meet code requirements and project specifications.
Responsibilities
- Install wiring systems for commercial buildings
- Perform electrical repairs and maintenance
- Conduct thorough system testing and troubleshooting
- Ensure all work adheres to electrical codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate effectively within a small team environment
- Occasionally travel to multiple job sites as required
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in electrical work
- Proficient in electrical wiring and circuit testing
- Ability to interpret blueprints accurately
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and communication abilities
