Employment Type: Direct Hire
Salary Range: $46,000 - $56,000 DOE
Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday - Friday
Work Hours: 8a - 5p, OT may be available

What You'll Do:
In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary contact for customers, providing outstanding support and technical guidance. Your day will involve processing orders with precision, addressing customer inquiries via phone and email, coordinating seamlessly with production, shipping, and sales teams, and proactively resolving issues to enhance customer relationships. Your dedication and organizational skills will ensure timely deliveries and satisfied clients — making a tangible impact in the marine industry.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to outstanding service
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Ability to process orders accurately and manage customer data meticulously
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Basic technical knowledge or experience in the marine industry is highly preferred

Nice to Have Skills:

• Technical background related to marine products or manufacturing
• Experience in a customer service role within manufacturing or technical fields
• Familiarity with industry-specific systems or software

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 to 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or marine sectors

Other Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
• Comfortable working at a computer for extended periods
• Ability to move throughout the office and manufacturing facility as needed
