Your Mission As an AI Strategist at BrainHackathon, you will lead client projects from discovery to delivery — and beyond. You’ll shape strategies, guide teams, and drive transformation, turning big ideas into actionable roadmaps and measurable results. You will be the bridge between vision and execution, helping our partners unlock the business value of AI through clarity, focus, and speed. What You’ll Do Lead discovery and strategy workshops with client stakeholders. Identify and prioritize high‑impact AI opportunities aligned with business goals. Design clear AI roadmaps, from strategy through MVP and production launch. Define success metrics and track business outcomes (KPIs, ROI, adoption). Validate use cases through rapid experimentation and proof‑of‑concept projects. Collaborate closely with AI Solutions Architects and ML Engineers. Communicate complex ideas through clear, compelling narratives and visuals. Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to executive teams. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in product strategy, consulting, or digital/business transformation. Solid understanding of AI/ML technologies and their business applications. Strong skills in strategic planning, facilitation, and roadmap development. Excellent communication and storytelling skills — can influence at all levels. Ability to synthesize complexity into clarity and action. Curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset. Comfort working in fast‑moving, self‑managed teams. Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, product strategy, or digital transformation, ideally within marketing, retail, or eCommerce. Solid understanding of AI/ML technologies and how they drive business growth, personalization, and automation. Proven ability to identify high‑impact use cases and translate them into actionable roadmaps. Strong skills in facilitation, problem‑solving, and structured storytelling for executive audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Demonstrated collaboration and adaptability in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, or data‑driven marketing, with measurable business outcomes. Deep understanding of marketing analytics, customer data platforms, and eCommerce ecosystems. Experience working with AI/ML or data teams such as ML Engineers, Data Scientists, or Solutions Architects. Strong grasp of ROI‑driven decision‑making, growth KPIs, and marketing automation frameworks. Track record of leading executive workshops and translating complex AI concepts into business value. Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation, experimentation, and impact measurement.
