Production Supervisor
Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Plant Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, leadership experience, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Supervisor 4 Location: On-site (Plant environment) Pay Rate: $40.19/hr
What's the Job?
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities for a team of up to 50 employees
- Monitor production processes and resolve operational issues
- Ensure product quality and implement process improvements
- Manage staffing, training, and employee performance
- Maintain production reports and workforce planning
What's Needed? (Must-Have Requirements)
- 23 years of leadership experience in automotive manufacturing (REQUIRED)
- Experience managing/leading production teams (not individual contributor roles)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (basicintermediate)
- Experience working in a plant/manufacturing environment (automotive preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)
Schedule & Work Conditions
- Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM 6:00 AM
- Rotation: May rotate shifts
- Workdays: Monday Saturday
- Sundays: Occasionally required (about once every 2 months)
- Overtime: ~9 hours/week
- Work Type: On-site (no remote option)
- Duration: 52-week assignment
- Start Date: ASAP
