Tech - Echo/Ultrasound/Sonographer

Sonographer Position

Seeking an experienced Sonographer to perform adult echocardiography procedures in a fast-paced lab setting. The ideal candidate will handle a minimum of 7-8 studies daily, with flexibility to float to outpatient facilities as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform adult echocardiograms adhering to clinical and safety standards.
• Accurately recognize and document EKG findings as part of patient assessments.
• Maintain timely communication with physicians regarding study results.
• Complete comprehensive patient records, including all work history details.
• Float to outpatient facilities and support other departments as assigned.
• Respond to call requirements and ensure patient care quality.

Qualifications:

• Hold ARDMS or CCI certification in Echocardiography.
• Possess AHA BLS certification and EKG recognition skills.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of sonography experience.
• Demonstrate recent proficiency with EPIC within the past 2 years.
• Be capable of performing 7-8 studies daily with minimal supervision.
• Have reliable transportation or rental vehicle access.
