Role Description This full-time, remote Territory Sales Manager role involves developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth in a defined territory. Responsibilities include prospecting new business opportunities, building strong partner and customer relationships, presenting and promoting ExaGrid solutions, managing the sales cycle, and collaborating with internal teams including pre-sales engineers for technical support. The ideal candidate will be proactive in driving partner and customer engagement, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Strong Communication ability to deliver compelling/convincing presentation and Customer Service skills to effectively connect/convince partner sales & technical teams, clients, and maintain positive/proactive relationships. Strong network and relationships with the partner community in the assigned territory including all sales, SA and leadership with a focus on data center sales. High energy and passion about the ExaGrid solution and ability have a "motor" to meet with 20 partner reps weekly. Proven experience in sales, including achieving and exceeding sales targets and managing the sales cycle effectively. Competence in enabling/convincing partners, and managing sales cycles with client IT organizations and C-suite executives and to maximize deal closure of ExaGrid products and solutions. Strong network and relationships with the partner community in the assigned territory including all sales, SA and leadership Ability to work independently in a remote capacity and willingness to travel as necessary within the territory.
