FP&A Manager/ Senior Financial Analyst- Pipeline Role

Key Responsibilities Lead or support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and growth scenarios Perform variance analysis and identify drivers impacting financial performance Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reporting Partner closely with Accounting to ensure alignment between financial actuals and forecasts Support executive- and board-level reporting with clear insights and recommendations Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and other business leaders Build dashboards and reporting tools to enhance financial visibility Identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting business performance Support and improve FP&A processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required) 4–10+ years of progressive finance or FP&A experience Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling Advanced proficiency in Excel Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools preferred Strong understanding of financial statements and business drivers Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders Prior experience in growth-oriented environments preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
