We are looking for an accomplished Director of Asset Management to lead our investment and financial planning division. This executive will oversee portfolio strategy, build and mentor a top-tier team, and ensure exceptional service delivery across our client base. What You’ll Do Lead and expand the asset management division, including portfolio design, investment strategy, and risk oversight. Build and manage a high-performing financial planning and investment team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Drive growth by developing strategies to attract, retain, and expand client relationships. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain a clean, ethical practice. Partner with leadership across the firm to align investment management with client objectives. Communicate investment strategies and financial planning solutions with clarity and impact, both in writing and in person. What We’re Looking For Licensing: Must hold all required financial services licenses (FINRA Series 7, 63/65 or 66; CFP and/or CFA strongly preferred). Experience: 10+ years in asset management with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Track Record: Demonstrated success in building and scaling teams within financial planning and asset management. Leadership: Accomplished leader with the ability to inspire, coach, and retain top talent. Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Location: Must reside in the Los Angeles area. Compliance: Must have a clean IAD (Investment Adviser Disclosure) record.
