Location: Washington, DC

Overtime Exempt: Nonexempt

Reports To: ARMADA HQ

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provides advanced technical support for systems, applications, and networks.
• Troubleshoots complex technical issues and provides resolutions.
• Installs, configures, and maintains IT systems and infrastructure.
• Maintains and updates technical documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

• Advanced knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain and develop documentation
• Attention to detail
• Communication skills

Minimum/General Experience:

• 5 years to 7 years of related experience

Minimum Education:

• Associate's Degree (or equivalent)
