What You'll Do

• Operate production machinery to ensure consistent, high-quality output
• Replace mesh and Teflon belts safely and correctly
• Adjust machine settings to achieve proper size, weight, and product specifications
• Verify recipes and system settings using the Plex ERP system
• Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate ERP records
• Record and troubleshoot waste discrepancies to support continuous improvement
• Collaborate with maintenance to resolve equipment issues
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with food-safety standards
• Support sanitation activities including equipment cleaning and proper reassembly

Essential Skills

• Food production machine experience, especially mixing
• Computer proficiency for ERP data entry
• Ability to lift 3055 lbs consistently
• Comfort working in hot environments up to 100F
• Fast-paced work capability with 8-hour standing requirements
• Basic English or Spanish communication

Preferred Experience

• 12 years of machine operation including setups and adjustments
• Food production or bakery experience
• Strong attendance and growth mindset

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
