About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer to lead one of its portfolio companies, a multi-site specialty contracting and installation services platform. The successful candidate will be tasked with professionalizing and integrating recent acquisitions, building a more sophisticated commercial infrastructure, and leading the platform through its next phase of growth. This role requires an operator with a strong background in a high-ticket, project-based specialty services business, and a proven track record in scaling multi-site platforms. The CEO will be expected to honor the company's past while driving it into the future, with a focus on operational transformation and a disciplined M&A strategy. The ideal CEO for the company will have a background as a CEO, COO, or president with direct P&L accountability at a PE-backed platform, and a minimum of 3 years' of significant full P&L ownership. A commercial-leaning leader with a contagious will to win, the candidate should have a solid integration experience in M&A and a history of building scalable, multi-site businesses. The role is pivotal in the company's investment thesis, which includes the professionalization and scaling of the platform, the development of a robust national accounts program, and the implementation of a formal cross-sell strategy. The CEO will be a key figure in the company's growth, with a focus on consolidating regional operators onto a unified platform and leading the business through its next phase of expansion.
