This role involves coordinating strategic initiatives to ensure financial health, driving continuous margin improvement, and leading organic growth through a disciplined sales organization. The CEO will also be responsible for greenfield market expansion, overseeing operational assets, and building a strong senior leadership team. A key focus is on preparing the company for a potential sale within a 24-month timeline, aligning financial and operational performance with growth initiatives. Applicants must have experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, and a proven track record in managing multilocation services businesses. The role requires a leader who can champion a safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage a workforce program as a strategic competitive advantage. Financial acumen is essential, with a demonstrated command of critical financial metrics and experience in implementing a profitable bidding process. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve results, and possess a Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus). Experience in a route-based recurring revenue business and with ERP system rollouts is also necessary.
