Job DescriptionThe Project Coordinator develops, manages, and coordinates detailed project plans for various lines of business.Responsible for all aspects of tracking project status:coordination of resourcesimpact & increased efficiencyopportunitiesresolving issuescommunicating project statusJOB FUNCTIONSDevelops and manages projects as assignedEvaluates projects related to cost reduction and improved efficiency to bring increased value to the organizationDocuments existing business processes and identifies opportunities for improvementParticipates in the implementation of resulting programs or procedural changesIdentifies issues as they arise, facilitates resolution of issues, and escalates to relevance as neededDevelops presentations, summarized to the appropriate level (CEO, COO, RVPs, etc.)Completes scheduling and organizes meetings as necessary for collaboration with business leadersMonitors projects against implementation schedulesClearly communicates project status and any associated challenges or constraintsTracks costs of implementation against budgetJob RequirementsEducationBachelor's Degree, RequiredWork Experience2-4 years of operations/project management, Preferredhealthcare industry, PreferredKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesProficient in ExcelMicrosoft Visio and PowerPointwork independentlydetail-orientated and has excellent organizationdrive and deliver in a results-oriented environmentcommunicate independently and verbally with personable and effective writing and speakingwork in a normal office environment utilizing a computer approximately 75% of the timespeak clearly and distinctlyconvey complex concepts in a concise and understandable mannerSome travel requiredJob DetailsJob Type: Full-timeCategory: Admin - Clerical
