• Command daily store execution: open/close checklists, staffing plans, and real‑time floor leadership
• Develop sales associates and opticians through coaching, feedback, and clear goal setting
• Drive sales growth with category expertise, strategic add‑ons, and a consultative approach
• Deliver personalized service and quality outcomes throughout selection and dispensing
• Protect brand standards via inventory accuracy, visual merchandising, and timely replenishment
• Team with the district/regional manager on reviews, hiring, and store business plans
• Address customer concerns professionally; resolve escalations without delay
• Maintain compliance with optical retail requirements, safety protocols, and internal policies

• 2+ years of store management experience—optical, fashion, or specialty retail preferred
• Track record of surpassing sales goals and managing to KPIs
• Leadership that attracts, develops, and retains top performers
• Exposure to optical dispensing, frame fitting, or working alongside licensed opticians is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Comfort with a performance‑ and metrics‑driven environment
• Ability to work weekends as part of a flexible schedule
• ABO Certified
