On the floor, you model consultative selling—pairing product expertise with personalized recommendations from frames through dispensing. Between client moments, you fine-tune visual presentation, track replenishment, and partner with your district leader on hiring plans and performance coaching. When issues arise, you de‑escalate with care and keep the experience seamless.
