Order Picker

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a dedicated Order Picker to join their team. As an Order Picker, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting receiving, stocking, replenishments, and order filling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Order Picker

Location: Miramar, FL

Pay Range: $17.00

Shift: 7:30am to 4:00pm (Summer overtime is 5:00am - 5:00pm)

What's the Job?

• Efficiently move products for receiving, stocking, replenishments, and order filling as needed
• Operate order picker equipment safely and effectively
• Learn and perform all functions within warehouse departments
• Work around trailers, containers, and storage areas with safety focus
• Follow safety protocols, meet daily objectives, and demonstrate ownership and initiative

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate lift trucks safely and efficiently
• Basic inventory transaction computer skills
• Lift certification or ability to obtain certification
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Basic math skills with accuracy and consistency in counting
