We are a Collibra Gold Partner and work with some of the most exciting companies worldwide. We are looking for an experienced Data Governance Consultant to join our team – someone who knows what they are doing and enjoys it.
As a Data Governance Consultant, you will design and implement data governance frameworks, data catalogs, and metadata initiatives together with a strong team of experts to create data-driven strategies for our customers – across industries, practical, and impactful.
Your tasks:
- Design and implementation of data governance frameworks, data catalogs, and metadata initiatives
- Development of customized strategies, roadmaps, and operational workflows for our customers
- Consultation on data governance challenges and ensuring compliance and data quality
- Success measurement through KPIs, dashboards, and business impact analyses
- Close collaboration with stakeholders to sustainably anchor governance processes
- Moderation of workshops and training of end users
- Actively questioning the status quo – with the customer, in the team, and internally
Professional competencies:
- Proven experience in data governance, data management, and data quality
- Knowledge of data governance tools such as Collibra, Ataccama, or Atlan
- Basic understanding of ETL, data pipelines, and data warehousing
- Very good German and English skills (at least C1)
Nice to have:
- Certifications in data governance, MDM, or data quality
- Python, SQL, Snowflake, or cloud knowledge (AWS, GCP)
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView
