What You’ll Be Doing Treat lawns, trees, shrubs, and structures to control pests and promote healthy landscapes Inspect properties and communicate recommendations to customers Provide friendly, professional service that builds long-term relationships Maintain equipment and keep accurate records Represent Colonial with professionalism and integrity You’ll have autonomy in your day—but never feel like you’re on your own. Who We’re Looking For We’re less concerned with where you’ve worked and more interested in how you work. You’ll do well here if you are: Reliable, motivated, and take pride in your work Comfortable working independently and outdoors Professional with customers and teammates Organized, detail-oriented, and ethical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Drug-free High school diploma or equivalent Licensing (WSDA) Laws & Safety Ornamental Weed Ornamental Insect & Disease PCO General Already licensed? Great. Not licensed yet? We’ll train and pay you while you get there.
