Service Support Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY To facilitate the tracking of Vertiv Switchgear and Busbar and Project Services Orders and create a Backlog system for forecast and schedule of resources and materials. Work with internal and external clients to guarantee success deployment of personnel on time and right duration during Startup and Commissioning support. Organize our Purchase Orders with program managers and clients for accurate information and delivery. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage, track, and organize Service Backlog information. Forecast projection for manpower need. Strategic, short-term, and long-range schedule planning function Support activities and costs as related to project execution Records and submits periodic and/or quarterly transaction records, log sheets and/or trackers. Keep track of S&B spreadsheets for ship dates and move outs Process addendums, returns, claims, and investigate all material issues and discrepancies for resolution Perform all work with safety in mind and ensure that all safety measures are met Participating in webcast meeting on a monthly bases with contractors and PM organization. QUALIFICATIONS Strong organizational skills/task prioritization Ability to work independently with little direction Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize assignments Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to utilize business system tools such as ORACLE The ability to effectively communicate through out all levels of an organization EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS Associates degree in business related field or equivalent experience
