One of Columbus' premier chef-driven dining destinations is seeking an experienced General Manager. We are looking for a hands-on hospitality leader who can elevate the guest experience, develop a talented team, and drive strong financial performance while preserving the personality of an independent restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead all restaurant operations and deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Maintain a highly visible presence on the floor and build relationships with guests.
• Partner closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team.
• Own P&L performance, labor, forecasting, scheduling, inventory and cost controls.
• Recruit, coach, develop and retain a high-performing management and service team.
• Support a sophisticated wine, cocktail and beverage program.
• Oversee private dining, events and high-volume service periods.
• Maintain exceptional service, cleanliness, safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive restaurant leadership experience.
• GM or senior AGM experience in an upscale, chef-driven environment.
• Independent or culinary-forward restaurant experience strongly preferred.
• $5M+ restaurant volume experience preferred.
• Strong P&L and financial-management skills.
• Strong wine, spirits and cocktail knowledge.
• Proven success developing teams and future leaders.
• Exceptional guest engagement and floor presence.
• Stable employment history.
• Genuine passion for food, beverage and the restaurant industry.
