Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations for acute care and inpatient rehabilitation patients.


• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.


• Ensure timely documentation and updates in the Epic charting system.


• Participate in weekend rotations, ensuring coverage as scheduled.


• Educate patients and families on exercises and care plans.

Qualifications

• Active state license; provisional licensure considered.


• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.


• Minimum of 1 year of experience in acute care settings.


• Proficiency with Epic charting system.


• Travel and local Physical Therapists encouraged to apply.


• Compliance with required fit testing protocols.
