Specialty: Cardiothoracic Surgery Practice Setting: Inpatient only Start Date: Mid-July 2026 Schedule: Monday–Friday Potential call and 24-hour shifts Call Schedule: TBD Reason for Coverage: Clinical Responsibilities Pre-op physical exams Suture removal Diagnose and treat illnesses Order and interpret tests Surgical assisting Write prescriptions Coordination of care Daily rounding Required Procedures Placement of central venous catheters Placement of dialysis catheters Placement of arterial lines Intra-aortic balloon pump placement Note: Provider will not manage balloon pumps independently.
