Gain exposure to diverse, challenging projects and grow professionally.Job DescriptionProject Manager OverviewThe Project Manager will oversee construction projects from preconstruction to completion, ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction.Manage diverse commercial, industrial, corporate, multifamily, and specialized construction projects with a focus on quality and safety.Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain project schedules and budgets effectively.Contribute to preconstruction activities such as estimating, value engineering, and constructability reviews.Develop strong client relationships through proactive communication and service excellence.Identify and resolve project challenges, ensuring smooth progression and successful completion.Join a stable organization with a strong reputation in the construction industry and opportunities for professional growth.Project Manager Key Responsibilities & DutiesManage all phases of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and timeline expectations.Lead subcontractor procurement, scope development, and contract negotiations effectively.Monitor financial performance, forecast costs, and manage profitability across projects.Review and manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and pay applications.Participate in preconstruction activities, including scheduling and constructability reviews.Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Support project closeout, turnover, and commissioning processes efficiently.Project Manager Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex construction projects.Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and financial management.Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing multiple project stakeholders.Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Experience with large-scale, fast-paced, or technically complex projects is a plus.
