Our direct Client is looking for Platform/DevOps Engineer-Full Time-Onsite opportunity (5 days a week) at Miami, Florida-Direct Customer.

Primary Skills : Linux , Kubernetes , Client-facing communication

The Professional Services Engineer will be responsible for containerizing applications, cluster installation & configuration, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful customer acceptance. This role requires strong customer interaction with a consultative, value-driven implementation approach, aligning technical solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end client implementation and multichannel delivery solutions

• Install and configure Kubernetes clusters based on customer requirements

• Containerize applications and migrate them to Diamanti clusters

• Provide customized customer training on:

o Kubernetes

o Container architectures

o Container runtimes

• Prepare Statements of Work (SOWs)

• Manage implementation timelines, stage goals, and status updates

• Partner with Sales and internal stakeholders to achieve customer outcomes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science

• 5+ years of Professional Services or related experience

• 5+ years of Linux experience (Red Hat preferred)

• 2+ years of hands-on Kubernetes experience

• Experience with:

o Helm Charts & Operators

o Argo CD

o Docker image creation

o Deploying & troubleshooting containerized applications

• Networking fundamentals:

o Subnetting

o 802.1q VLANs

o Basic network troubleshooting

• Client-facing delivery and stakeholder communication

• Storage & Storage Networking knowledge.

Education:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, information Systems, or related discipline.
