Director of Real Estate & Business Operations
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive operator to help oversee the day-to-day execution of a growing real estate portfolio and affiliated businesses.
This person will initially be hands-on with the details—coordinating property management tasks, vendors and projects, lease administration, acquisition onboarding, bookkeeping workflows, and administrative systems.
As the company grows, this position is intended to evolve from managing the details into overseeing property performance, people, systems, and broader company operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate property management tasks, vendors, repairs, and projects
- Oversee lease administration and important property deadlines
- Help onboard and organize newly acquired properties
- Oversee bookkeeping and administrative workflows
- Build SOPs, systems, and processes that allow routine work to be delegated
- Manage and develop virtual assistants and support staff
- Track outstanding projects and ensure follow-through
- Assist with property-level reporting and performance reviews
- Work closely with ownership across real estate and affiliated businesses
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, is extremely organized, follows through, and is comfortable figuring things out without constant direction.
The right person should enjoy both solving detailed operational problems and building systems so they do not have to personally handle those same tasks forever.
This position has significant room to grow into a senior operations / COO-type role as the company expands.
