Radiology Tech, Cath Lab

Hourly pay range: $46.16 min. - $66.93 max

Reporting to the Nurse Manager of Special Procedures/Cath Lab, this position provides imaging and procedural support services within the cardiac catheterization and special procedures laboratory. The technologist performs fluoroscopic and related imaging procedures to assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures, producing images for interpretation by or at the request of a licensed practitioner. The position exercises professional judgment in the performance of procedures, ensures adherence to established protocols, safety, and sterile technique, and provides appropriate patient care based on individual patient conditions to support the safe and effective completion of procedures.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:

1. Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required at hire.

2. Current BLS certification required.

3. Certification by the State of California (CRT) required.

4. Certification by the State of California in Fluoroscopy required.
