Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active Physical Therapist license in the State of Ohio
• At least 1 year of acute care experience required

Assignment Details

• 13-week assignment
• 8-hour shifts
• Monday through Friday schedule
• No on-call requirement
• No weekend requirement
• No overtime

Springfield, Ohio offers convenient access to outdoor recreation and regional travel. Buck Creek State Park is about 6 miles from central Springfield and includes a 2,120-acre reservoir with boating, fishing, and hiking options.
