• Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; On-call/Beeper support 3:00 pm – 7:00 am; 24-hour onsite support on weekends
• Hours/Week: Approximately 40 hours

• Licensure/Certifications: Current Nurse Practitioner license; Board Certification preferred
• Experience: Prior cardiothoracic and vascular post-op care experience required

What You’ll Do

• Provide post-operative care for cardiothoracic and vascular patients
• Manage emergency surgeries and urgent cases
• Collaborate with ED, cath lab, and hospital providers for consults/referrals
• Perform vein harvesting during surgeries
• Assist in surgical procedures and intraoperative support
• Write prescriptions and coordinate patient care
• Conduct rounds and interpret diagnostic tests
• Order and retrieve tests and vascular tissues as needed
• Document thoroughly in Epic EMR

What You Need

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio
• 2+ years of experience in cardiothoracic and vascular surgery preferred
• Proficiency in post-op patient management and emergency response
• Ability to perform vein harvesting and assist in complex surgeries
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
