Emish Market is a Ukrainian grocery store located in Fife, WA, offering a wide selection of imported goods from Ukraine and other European countries. In addition to our market, we operate a full-service café, bakery, and meat department, preparing fresh Ukrainian dishes, pastries, and specialty meats daily.
We are currently seeking a creative and proactive SMM / Content Creator to lead our Instagram presence and help tell our story through engaging, high-quality content.
What You'll Do- Create 8-12 Reels per month for Instagram and TikTok
- Create and publish Stories throughout the month
- Photograph food, drinks, restaurant atmosphere, events, and team members
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar
- Write engaging captions and social media copy
- Edit short-form videos and photos for social media
- Publish and schedule content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages
- Stay up to date with current social media trends, sounds, formats, and content styles
- Develop creative content ideas to promote menu items, specials, events, and the restaurant
- Review basic social media analytics and adjust content based on performance
- Coordinate content creation with the restaurant team when needed
- Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
- Strong portfolio of Reels / TikTok / short-form video content
- Ability to independently shoot and edit high-quality short-form videos
- Good photography skills, especially food and restaurant photography
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok
- Ability to create engaging captions and visual content
- Understanding of current social media trends and best practices
- Ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable access to a smartphone capable of high-quality photo and video recording
- Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar editing tools is a plus
- Restaurant, food, hospitality, or lifestyle content experience is a plus
Work Schedule: Regular on-site shoots required in Fife, WA
Pay & Compensation: $1,500-$2,500 per month (depending on experience)
